Article 2 - Legal Eligibility of the Consumer:

  1. The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal eligibility to deal with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.

  2. The consumer agrees that if they violate this article, they bear the consequences of this violation before others.

Article 3 - Nature of Commitment:

Article 4 - Use Regulations:

  1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information or any breach of your confidential information.

  2. The store shall not be responsible in any way for any direct or indirect losses, whether moral or material, resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.

Article 6 - Electronic Communications and Official Communication Channels:

  1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall be conducted via the email registered on the platform.

  2. The consumer agrees that all agreements, advertisements, statements, and other communications provided electronically shall be treated as equivalent to written ones and are considered as binding evidence for fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements.

  3. The consumer agrees to be contacted and informed of any provisions related to this agreement or their dealings through the store's management broadcasting general messages to all consumers or specific users.

Article 7 - Modifications to the Terms of Use Agreement and Fees:

  1. If any material or clause in this agreement is canceled or becomes ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining materials, clauses, rules, and provisions of this agreement, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.

  2. This agreement, which may be amended from time to time as needed, forms the basis for work, understanding, and agreement between the (consumer) and the (store).

  3. The store may charge fees to some consumers based on the offers, products, or services they request, or any fees imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.

  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees or expenses under the terms of this agreement, and such charges may apply to any consumer, regardless of their registration reason.

Article 8 - Payment and Settlement Services for Stores:

  1. The store provides a payment and settlement system through its partners, allowing payments to be made entirely online through the available payment options on the store or any payment method provided by the store from time to time.

  2. The store is committed to setting the price of the service or product offered in its store according to the market value.

  3. The store commits to providing invoices and receipts for all amounts and profits generated in its store and will provide the consumer with a purchase receipt for any service or product.

  4. The store is committed to providing accounting specifications recognized in its online store, in compliance with the provisions of this agreement and the legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property:

  1. The intellectual property rights related to the store are fully owned by the store, whether they were owned before the establishment of this electronic platform or after.

  2. The consumer agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of the store, which include the store’s name, words, logos, and other symbols or materials displayed, all of which are the store's exclusive intellectual property.

Article 10 - Store Responsibility:

  1. The store commits to operating its commercial activities through this electronic platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the terms of this agreement.

  2. The store is not responsible for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly or indirectly by the consumer or a third party, such as shipping companies.

  3. The store and its affiliates, owners, and representatives commit to ensuring that (the product or service) is safe, legitimate, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for lawful purposes.

Article 11 - Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict access to the store’s services at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, and without specifying the reason.

Article 12 - Applicable Laws and Regulations:

This Terms of Use Agreement is governed and drafted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to the laws applied by the authorities in the Kingdom.

Article 13 - General Provisions:

If any clause in this Terms of Use Agreement is canceled or becomes ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.

This Terms of Use Agreement, which may be amended from time to time as needed, forms the agreement, work mechanism, understanding, and contract between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree that:

  1. The Arabic language is the official language used for interpreting the terms of this agreement, or when translated into another language.

  2. All prices displayed for the services or products of the store may change from time to time.

  3. The promotional or marketing offers made by the store are temporary, and the store has the right to modify or cancel these offers at any time.

  4. Both parties to this agreement commit to dealing with each other in accordance with the regulations, laws, and rules applicable to their interactions.

  5. This Terms of Use Agreement cannot be canceled except by a decision issued by the store management.
