Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and regulations, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product after seven days have passed.

  2. In order to exchange the product, it must be in good condition, and the consumer should not have used the product or gained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before it is exchanged to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. In the case of international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. If there is a defect or error, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was made based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by them, except for products that have defects or do not conform to the specified specifications.

  2. If the product is video tapes, CDs, or computer software that has been used.

  3. If the product is newspapers, magazines, brochures, books, or any other type of written works.

  4. If the product has a defect caused by the consumer’s improper handling.

  5. If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.

  6. If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software via the internet.
